AT&T is planning to invest $400 million dollars in a statewide cable franchise. The state approved this idea and expects AT&T to do well with the idea. AT&T will also offer telephone and Internet services for Tennessee.
Howard Hawk Willis has once again asked to delay his trial. The State Court of Appeals agreed and delayed his trial once again. He is charged in the murder of a teenage couple in 2002.
