Independents in the 2008 Election

Independent candidates this election are Ralph Nader, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, Charles Jay, Cynthia McKinney, and Brian Moore.

Poll Results

Last night we ran a poll asking our viewers who they are voting for. Today we have the results. It was a close poll with Obama getting 50%. McCain had 40% and the Independents have 10%. That 10% went to Ralph Nader who is one of the six Independent candidates.

Record Setting Election

Today our nation will be voting for the next president of the United States. This year’s election is very important to most people because they are looking for change. They will be voting for the candidate who they think is best for the job. Whether it be Sen. John McCain or Sen. Barack Obama this election will be in the record books as either the first Black President or the Oldest President.
