The search for seventy-three missing people continues after flash flooding yesterday in Arkansas. Sixteen people have already been declared dead. The Caddo and Little Missouri rivers surged out of their banks into nearby campgrounds. The force of the water was so much that it ripped away tree bark and pavement from roads. At one point the water was rising at a rate of one foot every seven and a half minutes.
